Thank you for visiting and shopping at pcbcigars.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We use the USPS and UPS as our shipping carriers.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Orders going to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via Priority Mail Only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS or USPS.

All in stock orders received by 3:00 PM EST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship the following business day, depending on inventory availability.

Due to state regulations,we do not ship to Hawaii or Utah.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are required to collect and remit sales tax in the following states. Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside of these states is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
